This World of Tomorrow

This show was one of fourteen shows attended over seven days, so there is no formal review. However, it is awarded a PreviewNight.com Critic’s Pick.

A few comments: this is a sweet romantic comedy, and the cast is excellent. Sometimes I am anxious to see a film star on stage, as the skillset is very different, but Tom Hanks comes through with a polished performance. I also very much enjoyed seeing Kelli O’Hara in a play after having seen her perform in a staged concert just two days earlier in The Bridges of Madison County Original Broadway Cast Reunion Benefit Concert. I also loved that Tom Hanks was in attendance at the concert Monday night in order to support his scene partner.
